**Payment must be made within 48hour after entry. If failing to do so your spot will be declined unless arrangements have been made with the HTDA Team**
This event will be permitted through Motorsport Australia
Drivers will need to hold a L2S or higher licence through MA

**PLEASE NOTE**
If a Competitor advises the Organisers that he/she is unable to attend the event and withdraws from the event, entry fees may be refunded under the following conditions:
Withdrawal of Entry before 31 days prior to the event = Full refund of fees paid
Between 31 and 14 days prior to the event = 80% refund of fees paid
Between 14 and 10 days prior to the event = 50% refund of fees paid
Any less than 10 days prior = Full loss of all fees paid unless an agreement has been made with the organisers
